A trial of super high oleic safflower has exceeded expectations and is showing real potential as a new commercial crop for WA's wheatbelt. SLR Agriculture is conducting the trials for GO Resources, the company that holds the rights to this super high oleic trait, that produces an oil that's used as an industrial lubricant and also in plastics, polymers, resins, cosmetics and biofuels.
