Mr Don Clarke

Until recently, Don had been a corporate partner of the law firm, Minter Ellison, for over 25 years. While Don remains as a consultant to Minter Ellison, he retired from his role as a senior partner of the firm on 30 June 2015.
Don has extensive commercial law and business experience from over 30 years advising ASX listed and large private companies across a broad range of industries on corporate law, governance and investment issues.
Don is currently the Deputy Chairman of ASX listed Webjet Limited (ASX: WEB, a leading travel company), and a former director of ASX listed companies Circadian Technologies Limited, Phosphagenics Limited and Polynovo Limited.
Mr Michael Kleinig
BAppSc(AppSc/Biochem), GAICD – Director
Michael has been involved in business development, mainly in the biotechnology space, for over 20 years. Over the past 7 years, he has held the position of CEO in biotechnology companies as well as senior executive and management positions at Clinuvel Ltd (ASX–CUV) and CSL Ltd (ASX–CSL).
He is also the Principal of two private Pharmaceutical/Business Development/Management consulting companies.
Michael is a qualified Company Director and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
With his past business associations, Michael has an extensive range of experience in R&D, process development, regulatory and commercialisation. He also has extensive experience in the business aspects of a company including capital raising, investor relations and out- and in-licensing of intellectual property.
Mr David Hudson
Non–Executive Director and Consultant (R&D Manager)
David has extensive experience in the commercialisation of plant biotechnology products and traits, primarily through his roles within Monsanto as an integral part of commercialising GM cotton and GM canola in Australia. As part of his GM canola portfolio, David also managed AgSeed Research (now NuSeed), Australia’s leading canola breeding company prior to its sale to Nufarm.
Since 2005 David has provided consulting services to clients in Australia and globally via his company SGA Solutions in the fields of seed, grain and agbiotech. David’s expertise has been sought by clients to assist in the development of technology evaluation models, pathway to market, including technology deregulation and commercial business plans for the introduction of a range of innovative GM technologies applicable across a range of crops including pastures, grains, horticulture, sugar and cotton.
David has also worked with a number of trade and industry organisations including the Australian Seed Federation, Australian Oilseeds Federation and Grain Trade Australia in the development of industry based stewardship and market access frameworks for GM crops.
Mr Trevor Gawne
(B.Ec) CPA, member AOCS – Non–Executive Director
Trevor has extensive experience in commercial finance (local and international), predominantly in the manufacturing industry. For the past 9 years, Trevor has been based in Singapore with international hydraulics and oil companies. His major responsibility was both financial (SE Asia and Australasia) and operational (Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam).
Trevor has an excellent track record in driving company results, cash flow, operational improvements and team development with extensive contacts throughout Asia, Australasia, and Europe.
Originally from a farming background, Trevor’s vision is to build an Australian based business that value adds to rural communities and contributes to the manufacturing industry in a sustainable way.
Mr Doug Rathbone
AM, FATSE, FICHEME, FIEAUST, ARMIT, BComm, TTTC – Non–Executive Director Independent
Doug Rathbone, Chairman of Rathbone Wine Group (RWG) is an experienced public company director.
Under his leadership, Nufarm successfully transitioned from a small Australian business into one of the world’s leading crop protection and seed companies, with operations throughout Asia, Europe and the Americas.
Doug is also a director of Cotton Seed Distributors; AgBiTech; Leaf Resources; B4D; Cann Group and Chia Seeds as well as President of My Room, a children’s cancer charity.
RWG also advises several Chinese companies as well as private equity.
Doug is an honorary life governor of the Royal Children’s Hospital and a former director of the Burnett Centre for medical research as well as a former member of the Rabobank Advisory Board and Board member of CSIRO.
Doug was named the Rabobank Agribusiness Leader of the Year in 1999 and was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2003 for outstanding service to science and technology.
Doug was listed several times in Engineers Australia top 100 most influential engineers, and was awarded the Institute Engineers Australia “Sheddon Pacific” medal for excellence in engineering.
In 2007 he was awarded the “Chemica Medal” by the Australian Federation of Chemical Engineers and in 2006 Queens Birthday honours, Doug was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for service to the community, chemical engineering, and viticulture.
RWG is a family wine business – its labels include Victorian wineries, Yering Station and Mount Langi Ghiran, and Xanadu winery in Western Australia.
Ms. Rosemary Richards
Consultant (Supply Chain and Logistics Manager
Rosemary has extensive experience across the food and agribusiness sector, with specific focus on the grains and oilseed sector. Rosemary also has extensive experience in the biotechnology sector including regulatory frameworks, protocol development for handling and marketing biotech crops, market analysis and advocacy.
Since establishing her consultancy business in 1997, Rosemary has worked with a range of food and agribusiness based industries and firms to develop market focused strategies to ensure future growth and profitability. Key service areas include strategic and business planning, strategic positioning studies, supply chain strategies and industry/market development projects.
Rosemary has also worked with a number of trade and industry organisations including the Australian Grain Exporters Association, Australian Oilseeds Federation and Australian Bulk Handlers Association providing knowledge of the total value chain for the grains and oilseeds sector.
Dr Carl Ramage
BSc. MSc(hons), PhD - Consultant (Regulatory and Compliance Manager)
Over the past 20 years Carl has supported the development of novel life science products across the Asia Pacific through various roles across the supply chain. Carl has held various positions in the public sector as a research scientist, Government policy analyst and in regulatory affairs and compliance management. He is strategically focused with strengths in the navigation of complex regulatory landscapes and has a strong process development, implementation and review skill set backed by a solid peer reviewed publication record.
Carl is also Center Director for the Center for Risk Communication Australasia, part of a global network of centres providing training and operational implementation of a science-based approach for communicating effectively in high concern, low trust, sensitive, or controversial situations.
Carl completed his PhD at the University of Queensland and holds a Master of Science with honours from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand.
Dr Michael Honeychurch
PhD MBA – Consultant (Business Development Manager)
Mike has been involved in the chemical industry for over twenty years. He holds a PhD and has undertaken post-doctoral studies in chemistry.
Both within the chemical industry and outside, Mike has extensive experience in market development, market analysis and customer relationships.
His research work has taken him around the world, including stints at Oxford University (UK), and University of Hawaii (USA).
He has a MBA and, with his market development work, he has presented at many different international conferences and seminars.
With his broad experience, as a professional analyst and consultant, he applies his analytical methodologies to solve problems in the areas of science, marketing and finance.
Mike's role is to build GO Resources' market knowledge and customer base in preparation for first commercial sales in early 2019.
Mr Adam Legg
Consultant (Finance Manager)
Adam is an accredited senior finance executive with over 18 years’ experience in all areas of financial stewardship and corporate governance of Australian, European and UK listed and private companies as a Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Adam has worked in extremely dynamic environments across many industry sectors, particularly in technologies, professional services, biotech/health, financial services and manufacturing.
He has broad specialist knowledge in the provision of timely and accurate company secretarial and financial stewardship services including risk management.
Adam also has good experience in supporting CEO’s and Boards in the governance of companies public and private.
